You are responsible for ensuring that your passport and other documents are as required by the country you are visiting.

Please note:  Family passports have been abolished. Any child not already on a passport must now have their own.

You will receive your ski pass on a key card which provides hands-free access to the ski resort. Presenting the ski pass at the lift stations is not necessary. Just put it in your jacket (left side) and the turnstiles will open automatically. You have to pay a deposit of € 3.00.-

Undamaged key cards can be returned at the Apendorf Bergbahnen ticket counters or at the return stations at the different gondola bottom stations.

Yes, you will find lockers on the first floor of the bottom gondola station at Alpendorf. You need also a 1 euro coin per day.

Yes, there is a lunch supervision ticket available. The ski instructors will take care of them bringing the meals to the table and entertaining the kids during lunch break. So you can be relaxed enjoying your skiing day. Please pick up your child when lessons are finished.

Certainly, there is always the possibility to extend the course just paying the difference. You will receive further information at our office.
