Generally the terms and travel conditions of Siegi Tours are identical with the general terms and travel conditions issued by the official union of travel agencies in Austria (Allgemeine Reisebedingungen 1992 des Fachverbands für Reisebüros) with the exception of the cancellation policy which is amended so that if cancelation takes place 30 days and more prior to the confirmed arrival date the full deposit will be returned (minus € 100.- handling fee per person or booking). Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur the loss of the full deposit and a cancellation fee of 60% of the package price. Cancellation fee for cancelling 13 days and less will be 70% of the package price. Cancellation fee for cancelling 5 days and less will be 100% of the package price. No show or early departure the cancelation fee of 100% off the basic package price not including ski school plus a EUR 20.- handling fee. The organizer is the travel agency Siegi Tours / Siegi Tours KG, Sonnfeld 26, A-5621 St.Veit/Pg., Austria; Registration number in the Organizers´registry of the federal ministry for work and economy (Veranstalterverzeichnis des BMWA) is 2005/0025. The Volksbank Salzburg at A-5600 St.Johann/Pg. guarantees the insurance of the money paid to Siegi Tours according to the “Reisebüro – Sicherungsverordnung” with the Guarantee number: 165963. Any claim must be made within 8 weeks at the Europäische Reiseversicherung, Tel: +43 1 3172500-405; Fax: +43 1 3199367. Otherwise any right for any kind of claim is lost. Siegi Tours cannot be held responsible for any kind of accidents, injuries or losses etc. on the way to the holiday destination, during the stay or on the way back home nor for any typographical & printing errors. Small changes in the schedule and availability possible. Jurisdiction venue is A-5600 St.Johann/Pg., Austria.
As a Siegi Tours guest you agree that your picture or video may be publicized.

According to the Travel Agency Security Ordinance (RSV), customer funds for package tours organized by Siegi Tours KG, Siegi Tours are secured under the following conditions:

The down payment may be made no earlier than eleven months before the agreed end of the trip and amounts to 20% of the travel price. The remaining payment is due no earlier than two weeks before the start of the trip – simultaneously with the handover of travel documents to the traveler.

Any additional or premature down payments or final payments may not be requested and are not secured.

The guarantor or insurer is Volksbank Salzburg (Bank Guarantee – No. 165963).

All claims must be registered, or the right to claim is forfeited, within 8 weeks of the occurrence of insolvency with the liquidator (Europäische Reiseversicherung, Kratochwjlestr. 4, 1220 Vienna, Austria, Tel. No.: +43 1 3172500, Fax No.: +43 1 3199367).
